The Site provides free educational content for parents, caregivers, and educators of children from birth through Grade 5. The Site does not offer e-commerce, user accounts, or paid services at this time.
You may access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes. You agree not to:
All content on the Site — including text, articles, graphics, logos, images, and other materials — is the property of The Bridge El Puente LLC or its content contributors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, display, or otherwise use any content from the Site without the prior written permission of The Bridge El Puente LLC. Requests for permission may be submitted through the Contact page.
Personal, non-commercial use — such as sharing a link to a page or printing a single copy for your own reference — is permitted provided you do not modify the content and retain all copyright notices.
The content on the Site is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, clinical, therapeutic, legal, or medical advice and should not be treated as such. Always seek the guidance of a qualified professional for questions specific to your child or situation.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including Substack. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Bridge El Puente LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
If you have a dispute with us arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site, we ask that you first contact us through the Contact page so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.
If informal negotiation does not resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of Texas, United States of America, under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration provider. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
