This website is operated by The Bridge El Puente LLC, a Texas-based bilingual professional development and parent education organization ("The Bridge | El Puente," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using thebridgeelpuente.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides free educational content for parents, caregivers, and educators of children from birth through Grade 5. The Site does not offer e-commerce, user accounts, or paid services at this time.

Permitted Use

You may access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site, we ask that you first contact us through the Contact page so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.

If informal negotiation does not resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of Texas, United States of America, under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration provider. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
